Brand new mixed use development opposite St Katharine’s Dock : Highground Homes, a Joint Venture company set up by Euro Property Holdings Limited, Conduit Investments Limited and Lancsville Construction Limited. : Demolition and new build of a mixed use block at 43-45 East Smithfield, London. : Lancsville was the main contractor for the project, to remove the existing building on the site and construct a block of 14 luxury apartments, many with balconies. Premises for a restaurant were created on the ground and lower ground floor. : Build quality was a key issue in this up and coming area of London, in a development which would ultimately target demanding professional buyers. With other buildings adjacent and in use, the demolition work had to be carried out with consideration for neighbours. : Lancsville drew on their long experience of high quality building and finishing methods to make sure that the apartments were completed to an exacting specification.
