Brand new mixed use development opposite St Katharine’s Dock
: Highground Homes, a Joint Venture company set up by Euro Property Holdings Limited, Conduit Investments Limited and Lancsville Construction Limited.
: Demolition and new build of a mixed use block at 43-45 East Smithfield, London.
: Lancsville was the main contractor for the project, to remove the existing building on the site and construct a block of 14 luxury apartments, many with balconies. Premises for a restaurant were created on the ground and lower ground floor.
: Build quality was a key issue in this up and coming area of London, in a development which would ultimately target demanding professional buyers. With other buildings adjacent and in use, the demolition work had to be carried out with consideration for neighbours.
: Lancsville drew on their long experience of high quality building and finishing methods to make sure that the apartments were completed to an exacting specification. The demolition was carried out to a careful plan which reduced disruption and noise. Neighbours and affected organisations were kept informed throughout and no complaints were received.
