We employ a full time Health and Safety manager who ensures that we comply with legislation and provide a safe working environment on all of our sites. Managers and supervisors are directly responsible for health and safety of operations carried out under their supervision.

On-site, we:

Produce an individual health and safety plan for every project.
Carry out risk assessment for all our operations and those of our specialist
sub-contractors.

Comply with all CDM requirements and HSE directives.

Our staff training includes

Induction and ongoing training in health and safety principles and procedures.
Regular staff meetings to refresh and update on best practice.
Each staff member is issued with Lancsville’s Health and Safety Manual.

Like all responsible companies, we are committed to reducing unnecessary waste and minimising every type of pollution associated with the building industry.

Our company policy is to:

Control noise, dust, vibration and traffic disruption on site by practising “good neighbour” procedures.
Use recycled materials and choose suppliers whose production methods are kinder to the environment, where possible.
  Dispose of waste responsibly.
