: Construct new offices at 41-44 Great Windmill Street, Soho.

: As main contractor, Lancsville demolished the existing building on the site and constructed new five storey premises, with a restaurant on the ground floor. The upper floors were fitted out ready for occupation by tenants.

: Working in a densely populated and busy area of Central London meant that access, egress and storage were difficult. Managing site noise and dust levels was important because public rights of way adjoined the building and were in constant use.

: Lancsville operated a “just in time” delivery process so that building materials and supplies were used as soon as they arrived on site, saving space. Careful monitoring of works by Lancsville’s environmental and safety consultants meant minimal disruption to inhabitants and workers nearby.
